Tier 3 — Post-Inspection Recovery Programme

From £2,250 | 6–8 weeks | Written outputs throughout

A hands-on improvement programme for providers who have received an Inadequate or Requires Improvement rating and need to demonstrate genuine, evidenced improvement before re-inspection. Produces a structured action plan, rebuilt governance framework, and evidence position CQC can scrutinise.

Structured monthly governance oversight for providers who want consistent external support without employing a dedicated quality lead. One session per month, written monthly summary, and direct access between sessions with a one working day response commitment.
